Want to be part of a live World of Warcraft one-shot (played with the D&D 5e system, using the WoW conversion written and designed by Jih and Tangerine), which will be streamed to the community in support of raising the needed funds for my fiancée's surgery?
We are looking for players who are:
-
available in the weekend of 24-25/01 (date isn't set in stone yet)
-
comfortable with sharing their voice and face on a live stream
-
excited to focus on roleplaying their character. (TTRPG roleplay experience is recommended, but NOT required)
-
available for a session 0 with fellow players before date
The one-shot would be open to all factions. Details are still being worked out.
Not available that weekend or not comfortable to show your face or be part of a one-shot like that? I will organise a raffle during the live event too.
If you have anything to offer that could be offered as prize, that would truly be a blessing too! Like:
-
art
-
a detailed backstory or scene written for their character
-
something physical if you're comfortable with arranging shipping (home made items for example)
-

Conversation Jars
At the Crescent Whisper, we believe that every shared story, quiet chuckle or curious question brings us a little closer together. To gently spark new connections and invite moments of warmth between strangers and friends alike, you’ll find two jars on every table.
The Question Jar
This jar is filled with soft, thoughtful questions designed to help you get to know the people around you. Whether you’re a regular or it’s your first visit, draw a card and invite someone to share a memory, a dream or a little something about themselves.
The Starlit Prompt Jar
This jar holds whimsical, reflective or sometimes silly conversation starters. It’s perfect for when you’re not sure what to talk about or want to veer into stories, laughter or musings you didn’t expect to share.
How it works:
-
You’re free to draw a card whenever you’d like, alone, with your table or when someone new joins you.
-
There are no rules, only invitations. If something sparks a conversation, let it flow.
-
You’re welcome to skip or draw again if a prompt doesn’t suit the moment.
-
You are encouraged to make use of the cards to get to know someone new. Approach someone sitting alone and get a conversation going.

Memory Jar
Tucked in a calm corner stands a stunning glass vessel with a soft, iridescent glow. Its smooth surface shimmers faintly in the light, as though capturing the essence of the passing moments it holds. The jar’s glass is crafted with delicate swirls, as if spun by the very winds that whisper through the trees, each curve reflecting a hint of moonlight and starlight that dances across the pond. It sits upon an intricately carved wooden stand, the base engraved with flowing, elegant runes that seem to pulse with a quiet, welcoming magic.
To participate, simply approach the Memory Jar and pause for a moment to reflect. Reach into the jar, and gently pull out a slip of parchment. As you open it, you will find a memory, a fleeting moment from someone else’s life. The words on the parchment glow softly as the memory shares its warmth, joy, or sadness with you. For a brief moment, you may even feel the emotions behind the memory, as if the jar has allowed you a glimpse into someone else’s story.
In return, you are encouraged to share your own memory by writing it down on a slip of parchment and placing it inside the jar. The act of contributing brings a sense of connection to those who have visited before you, leaving behind a piece of yourself in the ever-growing collection.
The Memory Jar is a place of quiet reflection, where the exchange of moments, small or significant, brings together those who share in the peaceful, gentle magic of The Crescent Whisper.

Book bowl
Nestled beneath the gentle sway of trees near Stillwhisper Pond, The Book Bowl offers a unique way to experience literature and stories in a casual, interactive way. A collection of books sits neatly on one of the book cases, each wrapped in simple parchment, with only a number visible on the outside. In front rests a bowl filled with slips of parchment, each corresponding to one of the numbered books.
To partake in the fun, guests draw a slip from the bowl. The number on the slip will match one of the wrapped books on the table. Unwrap it to discover a new passage, poem or thought tucked inside, each book containing something special, whether it be a story, a forgotten rhyme or a snippet of wisdom.
